Course Layout & Design
Almenara Golf Course has three different nine-hole sections: Los Lagos, Los Pinos, and Los Alcornoques. You can play these in any order, so each visit can feel new and exciting. Created by Dave Thomas, Almenara challenges golfers with its hilly fairways, big greens, and water hazards on several holes. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, the course is fair but rewards those who make accurate shots and manage their game well.
Signature Holes
One of the signature holes is the par-3 6th on Los Lagos, where golfers must carry their tee shot over a lake to reach a guarded green. It’s a visual treat and a true test of nerve. The par-5 9th on Los Alcornoques is also a highlight, with its narrow approach and sloping green.
