Tucker’s Point Golf Club

Overview

Tucker’s Point Golf Club in Bermuda offers an exceptional golfing experience for those planning a golf holiday. This 18-hole, par-70 championship course spans 6,491 yards from the back tees, providing a challenging yet enjoyable round for golfers of all skill levels. Originally designed in 1932 by Charles H. Banks and enhanced in 2002 by Roger Rulewich, the course features undulating fairways, elevated tees, and carefully maintained TifEagle Bermuda grass greens.

Golfers will encounter strategic bunkering, water hazards, and significant elevation changes, all while taking in scenic ocean views. The course tests low-handicap players while remaining accessible to mid-handicappers and beginners. Practice facilities include a driving range, a 10,000-square-foot putting green, and a short-game area, allowing players to refine their skills before hitting the course.

The Golf Clubhouse, perched on a scenic hilltop, embodies classic Bermudian charm. It houses Sul Verde, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily, and a well-stocked Golf Pro Shop offering top brands like Peter Millar and Titleist. Additional amenities include full-service locker rooms, optional bag storage, and high-quality rental clubs for men and women.

While there are no specific minimum handicap requirements, appropriate golf attire is mandatory: collared shirts and Bermuda shorts or slacks for men and suitable golf attire for women.

A standout hole is the par-3 17th, which demands a precise tee shot over a picturesque water hazard to a well-protected green. It offers both a challenge and stunning views. Tucker’s Point Golf Club hosts annual tournaments, including the Rosewood Cup, attracting golfers from around the world and enhancing its reputation as a premier destination for golf in Bermuda.

Whether you’re an experienced golfer or new to the game, Tucker’s Point Golf Club provides a memorable experience, making it an ideal choice for your next golf break.
