Al Maaden Golf Marrakech is one of Morocco’s top golf courses. It features an 18-hole championship course designed by Kyle Phillips. The course covers 72 hectares at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, just minutes from Marrakech city centre.
It is a par-73 course measuring 6,569 metres (7,184 yards) from the back tees. The design combines the traditional Moroccan oases with classic Scottish design elements. It offers a distinctive experience framed by mountain vistas.

The course has gentle slopes and water features inspired by the rectangular pools of Marrakech’s Menara Gardens. Palm trees, cypress, and almond groves line the holes. There are also 12 monumental sculptures from the Al Maaden Sculpture Park, adding a unique artistic touch.
The course has five tee options, ranging from 7,184 yards to shorter, easier choices, so players of all skill levels can enjoy the course.

Signature Holes at Al Maaden Golf Marrakech
Some holes stand out at Al Maaden Golf Club. Hole 5 (par-4) is a semi-island green protected by water on the right, testing approach accuracy. The 8th hole has an uphill drive over a bunker, followed by a downhill fairway to a narrow, multi-bunkered green.
On the 17th (par-4), players cross a stream to reach a raised green. Hole 18 (par-5) offers a classic risk-reward finale with tee shots over reservoirs and a second shot across a stream short of the green. All the par-3 holes are memorable and are often played over or alongside water.
