Alabama has a warm and humid climate that is great for golfing all year round. Summers are hot and humid, while winters are mild. Be aware that tornadoes can happen in the spring. When you go golfing in the summer, make sure to wear light, breathable clothes. In winter, it’s good to dress in layers.
The best time to golf is in the summer (June to August), when temperatures can reach 95°F. During this time, it’s best to tee off early in the morning or later in the evening to avoid the heat. Winter (December to February) is the coldest season, with temperatures dropping to around 28°F at night and reaching about 59°F during the day, making midday a nice time to play.
For the best golfing experience, try to play in the spring (March to May) or autumn (September to November). During these months, temperatures are pleasant, ranging from 64°F to 81°F, and the scenery is beautiful.
